Ongoing financial guidance for your therapy practice
Stay connected to the financial side of your practice as it changes.
As your practice changes, the financial questions you have change with it. We'll look at what's happening in your numbers, help you understand what it means, and decide what makes sense for your practice next.
Wondering what our conversations might actually look like?
Watch this short video to hear how I approach our ongoing conversations and how we use your financial information to make better decisions for your practice.
The right level of support for your practice
Stay connected to the financial side of your practice with the level of support that works for you. From quarterly conversations about your numbers to monthly guidance as decisions come up.
MoneyMind Amplified
-
Monthly financial guidance for practice owners who want to stay connected to the financial side of their practice as it evolves.
Each month, we'll step out of the day-to-day and make space to focus on what's happening financially in your practice. We'll look at your numbers together, talk through the decisions in front of you, and make room for whatever is on your mind.
Your bookkeeping and financial reporting are part of that work, too. I'll organize and customize your books around the way we work together, so the numbers give us information we can actually use and rely on when we're making decisions.
And when something comes up between meetings, you can reach out. You don't have to wait for our next conversation to talk through a question or decision.

Quarterly financial guidance
-
Quarterly financial guidance for practice owners who want ongoing support without meeting every month.
Every quarter, we'll step back and look at what's happening financially in your practice, make sense of what the numbers are telling us, and talk through the decisions ahead. You'll have dedicated time to bring your own questions and priorities, too.
Your bookkeeping and financial reporting are customized to support our work together, so we can rely on the information we're using when we talk about your practice and what's next.
And between our quarterly conversations, you can reach out when a question comes up or something changes.

bookkeeping + quarterly reporting
-
Bookkeeping and quarterly financial reporting for practice owners who want to know their numbers are taken care of.
I'll keep your books current and make sure your financial reporting gives you a reliable picture of what's happening in your practice. Your books are organized around your practice, so you have information you can actually use when you're reviewing your finances or making decisions.
This is a more hands-off way to work together. You won't have ongoing financial guidance or scheduled conversations with me, but you can count on the financial side of your practice being kept up to date.
What my clients are saying
“Working together, we did a real financial analysis of RCC and put the Profit First framework in place, which gave me structure where I had been improvising. Now, when I am weighing a hire, a clinician split, or a new service line, I look at what the numbers actually say the practice can carry before I commit, not after. I trust my own decisions more and spend less energy worrying about the ones I have already made.”
“Her skill and professionalism allows me to trust the money tracking will be handled and allows me to focus on making better decisions for my business. Having her help has enabled me to build and run two businesses at once, and I couldn’t imagine doing it without her!”
“I didn't have systems in place, was doing all the bookkeeping, and didn't know what I should be doing after my business had a big growth leap. Andrea came in and whipped me into shape! What we accomplished (organization, systems, accuracy and clarity) in a few months still amazes me. This is what I needed to level up my business and actually understand the numbers and what they are saying. Working together was such a great experience that I now work with her on a monthly basis.”
